Privacy Policy
ENTRIQ Inc. ("the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") concerning the handling of personal information and other user information of users of the trade practice service "ENTRIQ" ("Service") provided by the Company.
1. Information Collected
The Company collects the following information in providing the Service:
- Email address (obtained via authentication service Clerk)
- Payment information (processed via payment service Stripe; the Company does not store card information)
- Access logs, operation history, IP address, device information
- Content recorded by users on the Service, including trade records, tags, and drawing data
- AI feature usage history (including AI feature input content, AI feature output results, execution date and time, type of feature used, AI credits consumed, AI model used, etc.)
2. Purpose of Use
The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provision and improvement of the Service
- User authentication, identity verification, and account management
- Processing of payment and billing
- Provision of AI features, quality control of AI features, and maintenance of AI feature output quality
- Responding to inquiries and providing user support
- Analysis of service usage and creation of statistical data
- Prevention of, and response to, violations of the Terms of Service or fraudulent/improper use
- Notification of changes to this Policy, the Terms of Service, or other important matters
3. Third Party Provision
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in cases provided by law or otherwise specified below.
The Company entrusts the handling of personal data to the following third-party service providers, all of which are located in the United States. The Company has determined that this provision is necessary to provide the Service and obtains user consent at the time of registration, in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) Article 28. For information on the personal information protection systems in the United States, please refer to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan website (https://www.ppc.go.jp/personalinfo/legal/kaiseihogohou/).
- **Clerk, Inc.** (Authentication infrastructure) — handles email addresses, authentication identifiers, login session data
- **Supabase, Inc.** (Database and storage) — handles all data input by users into the Service, including trade records, tags, and notes
- **Vercel, Inc.** (Application hosting) — handles request and response data sent by the user when accessing the Service (including IP address, browser information, etc.)
- **Stripe, Inc.** (Payment processing) — handles payment information (the Company does not store card information itself)
- **Anthropic PBC** (AI feature provision via Claude API) — handles user input content sent at the time of using AI features (trade records, strategy tags, rule contents, etc.). Anthropic does not use API input/output for model training. AI input content includes a request not to be retained as a training subject (no opt-in).
- **Resend, Inc.** (Transactional email delivery) — handles email addresses and email body content sent at the time of payment failure notification, contact form auto-reply, etc.
4. Storage Period of AI Feature Usage History
- The Company stores users' AI feature usage history (AI input and AI output) without a specified period. Stored data may be used by the Company's administrators or AI providers (Anthropic, etc.) for the purpose of quality verification, retransmission, etc. of AI features.
- When a user's account is deleted (whether through self-cancellation or by Company action), AI feature usage history will be deleted simultaneously. There is no automatic deletion based on "passage of a specific period" (e.g., after 90 days).
- When a user wishes to delete only AI feature usage history while continuing to use the Service, the user may submit a deletion request via the inquiry contact (Article 8). The Company will, to the extent reasonably possible, respond to such requests in accordance with the spirit of this paragraph.
5. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.
- Users may request the Company to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend use, or suspend third-party provision of their personal information held by the Company, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Requests under the preceding paragraph may be made via the inquiry contact (Article 8). The Company will respond within a reasonable period after confirming the requester's identity.
- With regard to deletion of AI feature usage history, the Company will respond to such requests in accordance with the spirit of Article 4, Paragraph 3 to the extent reasonably possible.
6. Use of Cookies
The Service may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as session management and user experience improvement.
7. Changes to This Policy
The Company may amend this Policy when deemed necessary. Material amendments shall in principle be notified at least 30 days in advance.

The Company will respond within 14 business days after confirming the requester's identity. If a response will take longer due to the content of the inquiry, the Company will provide an interim notice within the same period.
